Bridal Show Update

On January 15th & 16th, Element Fine Catering was a vendor at The 26th Annual Bridal Show at the CT Expo Center in Hartford, CT. This show is the largest bridal show on the East Coast and offers tons of great resources and information to help bride pan the perfect wedding.  We met tons of awesome brides, may of whom were interested in wedding catering in Connecticut.  Non-traditional venues seem to be gaining popularity, and brides were excited to see our mobile kitchen that can bring catering to any location.  Here are a few pictures of our booth.

Elements Fine Catering is excited to announce we will be participating in TWO spectacular bridal shows this January.

On January 23rd, Elements will be at the MGM Grand at Foxwoods for the annual Women’s Health, Beauty, and Bridal Expo for one of the most entertaining bridal shows of the season.

New Venue:  The Neary Ballroom in Naugatuck, CT

Elements Fine Catering is proud to now offer event catering at The Neary Ballroom in Naugatuck, CT. The Neary Ballroom is located in the The Thomas Neary Memorial Building, one of the many impressive buildings constructed in the center of Naugatuck at the turn of the nineteenth century.  Conveniently located on the corner of Church and Maple Streets, just a minute from Route 8, the Neary Building is a Neoclassical Revival structure completed between 1906 to 1911.  The style and charm of the early 1900’s has been meticulously restored in the elegant and classic space that is the Neary Ballroom. 2010 Holiday Catering Menus Released

There are only a few months before the start of the holiday season, and Elements Fine Catering is ready to cater your holiday party!  Our chef has just completed our Holiday Catering Menu for this year, and it’s sure to impress all of your guests.  This year, Chef Allan has combined some seasonal favorites and some unexpected flavors, and frankly, the entire menus sounds mouth-watering!  Another great idea for your holiday party is a custom beverage.  Our team is happy to create and feature a beverage to complement your beverage service. Elements Wows Guest In Ridgefield, CT

Our client’s vision was a casual backyard BBQ for a 75th birthday catered at their home in Ridgefield, CT. However, they wanted it to be elegant and memorable.  After meeting with our client, we decided our Gourmet BBQ catering menu would be perfect to create our client’s vision. The menu was a hit…a raw bar with fresh seafood and clams shucked to order along with passed hors d’oeuvres and Grilling Station. The passed hors d’oeuvres, including mini crab cakes and sliders, were perfect for the mixed crowd of kids and the adults. At the Grilling Station, our chefs cooked  N.Y. Strip steak and BBQ chicken to order, and the guests were blown away by the quality of the cuisine and presentation. The featured beverage for the event was a homemade white sangria, which was a fabulous compliment to the theme and perfect weather of the day.
